Family is at the heart of everything Jessica does. She and her husband, Darren Caldwell, are proud parents of a beautifully blended family with seven children. All of their children have attended Caprock Academy, where three have already graduated and now attend universities throughout North America. Together, the Caldwell family loves spending quality time outdoors, supporting local businesses, and creating memories through travel. Thanks to the convenient access provided by Grand Junction Regional Airport and Montrose Regional Airport, they have been able to explore destinations across North America and beyond, including New York City, Canada, New Orleans, Chicago, Portugal, and many more. Their travels have given them a deep appreciation for experiencing new places and maintaining a comfortable homebase in Western Colorado.

While family is Jessica’s priority, she is also a loyal friend and natural connector who loves bringing people together. Whether she’s hosting summer pool parties, organizing book swaps, gathering friends for yoga classes, or enthusiastically saying “yes” to brunch, she believes life is best shared with others. Jessica makes people feel welcome and included. Her friends describe her as energetic, funny, and a little sassy—someone who keeps everyone laughing.
